White, yellow, and metallic black-glazed wheel-thrown small dark brown stoneware vase 🌿 3.5” x 5”
White, yellow, and metallic black glazes combine in striking, surprising ways on this dark brown stoneware vase. When layered together these glazes create a landscape of color dominated by blues, hints of yellow, and a moody white. I conducted this glaze test in order to locate yellow in a sea of blue. It was a success! I drew upon this glaze combination when planning a color study collection that sold at Onna House in 2025.
This stoneware vase is dishwasher-safe.
