White, sea salt, deep ocean, and gold hand-built white stoneware bowl π 7β x 4.5β x 2.5β
For many years, I struggled with experimentation in my practice. I loved predictability, but this vessel taught me to embrace different glaze textures and sheens melding together. Itβs only through experimentation that I can learn something, that I can see something new. I further highlight this beautiful melding of glazes with a gold overglaze to cement this lesson.
Please note that this is the last small gold-embellished handbuilt bowl available. I will not work with gold overglaze until I can access an outdoor kiln again.
This stoneware bowl is food-safe but would be so beautiful accenting a table or bookshelf.
